So lately...  I've been dreaming up lots of random little tidbits of creativity. Most all of it has been unorganized little itches that won't let go of me. I've been thinking about spacing it all out, so it wouldn't be some huge jumbled dump here on my blog... but, as I was blog-surfing and exploring new ones and reading etc etc... I came across some... or one, that really really spoke to me.

All that to say, I've concluded that I just need to empty my brain as it comes, so I can make room for newer and greater dreams.

That being said, I can't worry about making this the perfect blog with the perfect content and the perfect updates, hoping to gain readers and a following. This blog is for me. And for anyone else who wants to join in my world. If I have posts I want to make that seem small or insignificant, I won't worry about how good the content is and if I'll keep my readers interested.

I'm just going to post.

So yeah!




That was a big giant rant.

Really, today I was going to tell you about this one intern at my job. Every Friday, she makes cookies. Two kinds of crazy cookies. Today, there were red velvet cookies (WHAA?!?! I had NEVER heard of these) and a white chocolate raspberry one? Something like that.

Anyway, I ate one of each. Of course!

Yummmmm.... but so bad for my must-shed-those-10-lbs-that-I-somehow-gained...

Today, dream[ME] somehow found myself on top of a giant giant super duper tall pole! I was way above the trees, the mountains, and even the clouds! And then colorful exclamation marks popped out of my head!

Ok... two posts today! I've just got so many things floating in my head that I wanna share! So, to start another trend... I'm starting dream[ME] illustrations! (dreamy... get it? :O!)

Anyway, so these are little snippets of random, spontaneous dream thoughts in my head! Turned into illustrations! For you to see!

Today, dream[ME] was under a sky of cupcake clouds :D!

So, today I decided it was time to add a little 'umph' of cuteness to some photos. I made some photos frames to pop my pictures into! Here they are... starring Pigeon and Pez! My wonderful pet ratties (photos are a bit older... they were taken a while ago!):

AND... I made them so you can use them too, if you'd like! Just save these frames below and use photoshop (or powerpoint works too, really) to layer them on top of your photos! And if you do, do share! I would love to see them!
(In powerpoint, drop your photo onto a sheet, then drop the photo frame over. It's transparent, so you'll see your picture through it! All you have to do is make sure you have your picture cropped so it fits underneath, then group it all and right click and save as picture!)

Still, dealing with that 'funk' that's been driving me semi-crazy for a while now. That being said, I am still hunting for little bits of relief from the insanity in my head. Today's treatment: classical music and hidden bits of healing nature.

Another thing that goes well with all this: watching Pride and Prejudice with Keira Knightley. The slower paced, art and love-filled, classical-music adorned film captures my heart each time. You should check it out if you haven't. It's beautiful.
